COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified physicians, advanced practitioners, allied health, and therapists on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact provides direct knowledge of the industry to healthcare providers and facilities. - Minimum Salary: $350,000 (Total Compensation Range is up to $500,000) physician already earns that annual salary
- $20,000 Sign-on Bonus with $10,000 Retention Bonuses
- $10,000 per year for each Physician supervising mid-level providers
- Quarterly Work RVU Bonus: Up to $30,000 or More
- PTO: 6 weeks plus 5 days for CME with $3,000 Allowance
- Outpatient clinic with some inpatient coverage (ADC is 3-5 patients)
- Schedule: 5-day workweek; ER shifts are available (doctor needs to live near the hospital)
- No weekends for the clinic coverage
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage after 30 days
- Student Loan Repayment: State of Kansas ROZ (Rural Opportunity Zone) Program (candidate must live outside of Kansas)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
- Will not consider J-1 Visa candidates at this time
- Open to late-career physicians or new graduates
- Good bedside manners, compassionate with patients, comfortable working in a rural community
