Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 12-Hour Night Shift Rotation
📍 Surry County Jail | North Carolina
⏰ 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Schedule (Includes Every Other Weekend)

Job Description
As an LPN in this setting, you’ll deliver patient care with confidence and independence while collaborating with a supportive medical team. Your night will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Monitoring patient conditions and responding to medical needs
  • Assisting with sick call and chronic care clinics
  • Performing intake screenings and health assessments
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records
  • Collaborating with RNs, providers, and custody staff to ensure continuity of care
