Evergreen Woods in Branford, CT is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our Life Plan Community. In this full-time role, you’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, support assessments and care plans, and ensure accurate documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and caregivers while building meaningful relationships with residents and families in a warm, resident-first environment that supports your growth and development.
