Position Summary
The Business Operations Manager oversees daily U.S. operations, ensuring effective execution across logistics, inventory management, customer service, order fulfillment, product support, and contract implementation. This role serves as the key operational liaison between the company, its Board of Directors, and headquarters, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead U.S. operations across logistics, customer service, product support, and supply chain functions.
  • Develop and manage workflows, KPIs, service standards, and accountability measures.
  • Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, finance, compliance, product support, and headquarters.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, FIFO processes, and product traceability.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including customs and FDA-related import activities.
  • Ensure efficient order processing, fulfillment, customer support, and issue resolution.
  • Support implementation of commercial contracts and ensure adherence to approved pricing and terms.
  • Provide oversight of field product support, installations, training, and technical services.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, logistics, customer service, and contract execution.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP and CRM experience preferred.
  • Medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
