Orthodontist – West Phoenix, AZ (Surprise, Avondale & Peoria)
Established Patient Base | Guaranteed Daily Rate | In-House Referrals | No Evenings or Weekends
Join a well-established, multi-office pediatric dental and orthodontic group serving Phoenix's West Valley. This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving orthodontic program with a full, active patient base and an established referral network. You'll receive a seamless transition with overlap from the current orthodontist before their departure this fall.
Whether you're a recent residency graduate looking to build your schedule or an experienced orthodontist seeking to add profitable clinical days, this opportunity offers exceptional flexibility and long-term growth.
Schedule
- 16–20 clinical days per month
- Rotate between offices in Surprise, Avondale, and Peoria
- One office per day
- No evenings or weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed daily rate of $1,500–$1,800, based on experience
- Transition to a percentage of collections as the program grows—whichever is greater
- Malpractice insurance provided
- No buy-in required

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment for pediatric and adolescent patients
- Diagnose, develop, and manage individualized treatment plans
- Utilize Empower self-ligating brackets, Invisalign, and two-phase orthodontic treatment
- Collaborate with board-certified pediatric dentists to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver an exceptional patient experience
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Orthodontic Residency
- Active Arizona dental license (or eligibility with licensure in progress)
- ABO Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding patient care
