Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide on the job training for new hires.
  • Communicate and demonstrate training information and materials and provide recommendations and support execution of updates or improvements.
  • Know and understand all areas of production and conduct training for employees.
  • Assist with the implementation of environmental health and safety programs such as ramp in and monthly safety training.
  • Tech Service Support
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
  • Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
  • Basic computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
  • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience working in a production-related work


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining various industrial components and systems
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP
  • Experience with LMS(Learning Management Systems)
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement Tools
