We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator to join a stable, growing precision manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on CNC milling experience who can run established jobs independently, make controlled offset adjustments, inspect parts accurately, and support production quality on the floor.

This is a strong opportunity for a machinist who wants to continue building toward a setup-level role while working with complex parts, multi-axis equipment, and a team that values accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.

CNC Milling Operator III | What You Get

  • Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing precision manufacturing company
  • Exposure to complex CNC milling work across 3-axis, 4-axis, horizontal, and 5-axis equipment
  • Opportunity to continue growing toward setup-level responsibilities
  • Strong shop-floor environment where accuracy, consistency, and quality matter
  • Ability to mentor and support less experienced CNC operators
  • Competitive benefits package
  • A company that values skilled machinists who take pride in doing the job right

CNC Milling Operator | What You Will Do

  • Operate 3-axis, 4-axis, 4-axis horizontal, and 5-axis CNC milling machines on established jobs
  • Perform wear offset adjustments and tooling changes within approved procedures
  • Identify, replace, and document worn or broken tooling
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, go/no-go gauges, and other precision measurement tools
  • Assist setup machinists with fixture installation, tool loading, part proving, and first-piece preparation
  • Troubleshoot tool wear, surface finish, chatter, burrs, chip evacuation, and dimensional variation issues
  • Record job data, labor time, part counts, lot control, and quality information in the ERP system
  • Support and train less experienced CNC operators on standard operating practices and inspection methods

CNC Milling Operator III | What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of precision CNC milling experience
  • Experience operating across multiple axis configurations preferred
  • Strong blueprint reading ability
  • Working knowledge of GD&T interpretation
  • Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and go/no-go gauges
  • Ability to make controlled offset adjustments and perform tooling changes accurately
  • Strong communication skills with operators, machinists, quality personnel, and supervision
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to comply with U.S. export control regulations without employer-sponsored authorization

This is a strong fit for a CNC Milling Operator who takes pride in precision work, wants exposure to complex machining, and is looking for a stable long-term opportunity with room to continue growing technically.
