Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Two-year culinary degree or four-year college diploma required (no exceptions)
- 1–2 years experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
- Assertive, energetic, and resilient with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be coachable and thrive in a team-based, structured culture
- Able to pass a drug test (excluding marijuana)
