Our client, aftermarket powersports distributor is seeking a Demand Planner/Forecast Analyst to join their team. As a Demand Planner, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting distribution. The ideal candidate will have Forecasting experience, inventory analysis and demand planning which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Demand Planner/Forecast Analyst

Location: Janesville, WI

Pay Range: $74-88/k Hybrid role

What’s the Job?

  • Develops and maintain accurate demand forecasts using SO99+
  • Generates new forecasts for new parts, incorporating market intelligence and historical analogs
  • Oversees part lifecycle management, including phase-in/phase-out strategies
  • Continuously improves forecasting models and planning processes
  • Monitors forecast accuracy and key performance indicators (KPIs)

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 Years Demand planning, preferable with SO99+ or other demand planning software.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
