Now Hiring: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Clarksville, TN
Schedule: Regular weekday patient visits with participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends. Daily hours vary based on patient needs, travel, and documentation.

As a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care that helps patients recover, manage chronic conditions, and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments, admissions, and ongoing nursing evaluations
Develop and update individualized plans of care
Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Provide skilled therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing care
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or Rehabilitation preferred)
Home Health experience preferred, but not required
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
