Restaurant Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily operations for a growing, fast-paced restaurant group. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who leads from the front, develops strong teams, and is ready to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and develop team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, labor, and sales goals
• Serve as manager on duty in the GM’s absence
• Support new-store openings and company growth
