We are currently seeking Dental Hygienists in Springfield, MO.
Pay: $55.00 per hour.
Location: 1900 W. Sunshine St. Springfield, MO 65807.
Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 7:00 am-3:00 pm with a 30-minute, unpaid lunch break.
Duties:
- Conduct dental hygiene assessments to identify oral health conditions and communicate findings to the dentist and patient.
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning.
- Take and develop dental radiographs for diagnostic purposes.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Aid in the management of dental emergencies.
- Maintain a clean and sterile working environment by adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Update and manage patient records accurately and confidentially.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure/certification as a Dental Hygienist.
- Proven experience in dental hygiene is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in using dental technology and software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A team player with a patient-centered approach.
Compensation:
- $53-$55/hour
