Full job description

A growing, multi-location organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operational leaders across multiple locations. This hybrid role is based in the Portland, OR area with a schedule of four days in the office and one day working from home. The ideal candidate is a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with operations leaders, coaching managers, resolving employee relations matters, and helping build a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Candidates must have prior experience supporting multi-unit operations in industries such as healthcare, hospitality, fitness, retail, or other service-based organizations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role
  • Required: Experience supporting multiple locations or multi-unit operations
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, coaching, and employment law
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and compliance
  • Support multiple business locations by delivering consistent HR programs, policies, and best practices
  • Coach managers on talent development, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Help drive recruiting, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that support business objectives
