The Small Sort Associate is responsible for accurately sorting small parcels into designated bin locations and completing audit scans using a handheld scanner. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sort small parcels into the correct bin locations.

Perform audit scans for each package using a handheld scanner.

Maintain a minimum productivity rate of 250 packages per hour (PPH).

Follow established sorting procedures and safety guidelines.

Keep the work area organized and report any issues to the site lead.

Requirements

Must bring a valid driver's license each workday. The driver's license is required to log in to the handheld scanner and verify your identity before beginning your shift.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Basic comfort using handheld scanning devices.

Equipment Provided

A handheld scanner will be provided by the on-site lead at the beginning of each shift.
