About Massimo Motorworks

Massimo Motorworks is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join its independent automotive repair shop. Founded by Massimo Bottino in 2004, the shop brings decades of automotive experience and a meticulous approach to its work, with a focus on straightforward communication and customer service.

The shop is open to both experienced Service Advisors and motivated junior candidates with the automotive knowledge, communication skills, and ability to learn the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, complete vehicle intake, and accurately write repair orders.
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email throughout the repair process.
• Review technician findings and recommendations and present repair estimates clearly and professionally.
• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs so customers can make informed service decisions.
• Present legitimate additional repair recommendations identified during vehicle inspections.
• Manage repair orders from check-in through completion while coordinating workflow with technicians.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and next steps.
• Work within Tekmetric and the shop's digital vehicle inspection process.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Automotive knowledge and comfort discussing vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations with customers.
• Ability to present estimates and service recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple repair orders and customer conversations.
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is welcome but is not required for candidates with the automotive knowledge and customer service skills to learn the role.
• Tekmetric experience is not required; training is available.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000-$80,000 per year, with compensation within the range based on job-related experience and qualifications.
• Weekly pay.
• 401(k) with a 4% company match after three months.

Why Work Here

Massimo Motorworks handles approximately 25-30 vehicles per week, with roughly 90% European vehicle work. The facility has seven bay doors and six lifts, and Service Advisors work alongside experienced automotive technicians.
