Nighttime Shift Supervisor

Fast-Casual Restaurant Concept • Saint Louis, MO

Our locally owned, fast-casual restaurant group in Saint Louis is growing and adding a dedicated Nighttime Shift Supervisor to the leadership team. This role is ideal for an organized, high-energy operator who thrives in hospitality and wants consistent scheduling, strong support, and real advancement potential.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate: $20 to $25 per hour
  • Tipshare earnings average $4 to $6 per hour
  • Full-time schedule of 40 to 45 hours per week with two days off

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in casual, QSR, fast-food, or fast-casual restaurants
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must reside within Saint Louis city limits for long-term success
  • Comfortable working nighttime and closing shifts only
  • Leadership style centered on leading by example, intentional coaching, and maintaining operational standards
