Press Helper will be responsible for the set up and operation of offset or variable data printing machines. Support to bindery may also be a learning opportunity.
* Assist with the set up of the off-set machines, ensuring paper and ink is staged and ready for use
* Ensure machine area is clean and safe
* Learn to clear machine errors and other minor technical issues
* Be available to support other areas of production as needed
What you will need to have:
* Proven ability to read, write, and communicate
* Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation)
* Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift up to 50 pounds
What would be great to have:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to distinguish color variations and use various measuring devices
* Use of basic math skills
Compensation details: 18-18 Hourly Wage
