Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• 24 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Uses AcuDose. Patient ratios: days 1:4-5 and nights 1:5-6. Adult trauma, medical, and surgical patients with a wide range of medical and surgical needs, including trauma/orthopedic trauma.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday.

Floating Requirements: Must float to Medical Surgical units at Broadway, Sanford Medical Center Fargo, and South University if needed.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
