Full job description
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, apparel design, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- 1 to 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, color design, or product design.
- A curated portfolio demonstrating research, inspiration, design development, problem-solving, process, and final execution across a range of projects.
- Proficiency in typography, brand identity, color theory, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
- Willingness to work with digital and 3D tools, supported by an understanding of apparel product creation, design trends, and visual culture.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Create seasonal graphics and visual systems for Nike-branded and licensed Field Sports apparel collections.
- Translate insights from athletes, fans, teams, cultural trends, and the marketplace into authentic graphic stories and product solutions.
- Design distinctive visual expressions for uniforms, on-field products, fanwear, and sideline collections.
- Partner with Expert Designers, the broader Sports Apparel design community, and cross-functional teams to bring diverse creative perspectives to life.
- Present creative concepts and communicate your design vision clearly to internal and external partners.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong craft, consistent execution, and Nike brand standards.
- Contribute constructive feedback and help foster an inclusive, collaborative design environment.
