Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in an inpatient post-acute setting. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individualized and group interventions to help patients regain independence after stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, and complex orthopedic conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
