Licensed Practical Nurse

Corning Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct resident care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, document care accurately, and support residents with daily living needs. You will collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, therapists, and CNAs to follow care plans and ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity. The role involves communicating with families, reporting changes in condition, and maintaining infection control and regulatory compliance in a resident-focused, team-based environment.
