2nd shift Material Handler/Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd shift Material Handler/Machine Operator to join their team. As a 2nd shift Material Handler/Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd shift Material Handler/Machine Operator

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate and manage material handling equipment to ensure smooth production flow
• Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards
• Conduct quality checks and report any discrepancies
• Support team members to meet production goals efficiently

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math and reading skills
• Criminal background check and drug test required
