Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist

Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy for adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function, and educate patients and families on home programs and safety. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document care in the EMR, support discharge planning, and contribute to quality, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
