As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health, you’ll help patients regain independence after illness or injury through evidence-based, goal-oriented therapy. You will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on interventions for mobility, self-care, and cognition in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists, educate patients and families, document outcomes, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives while benefiting from ongoing training and career growth.
