You will provide clinical and distributive pharmacy services, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered medication therapy. Responsibilities include verifying and dispensing medications, collaborating with the rehab care team, managing medication therapy, and preventing adverse drug events. You’ll educate patients and clinicians, support quality and regulatory compliance, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on high-quality patient recovery and professional growth.
