Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Telemetry Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <25 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, telemetry interpretation, blood administration, PICC lines/ports, Cardizem drips, heparin drips, and amiodarone drips required. Float experience does not count toward the unit experience requirement.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

Floating Requirements: Floats to all Telemetry or Medical-Surgical units as well as ED Hold.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
