Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will collaborate with licensed occupational therapists to deliver evidence-based treatments, guide patients through therapeutic activities and ADL training, and accurately document progress. You will educate patients and families, contribute to care planning, and work within a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on high-quality outcomes and professional growth.
