Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adults requiring intensive rehabilitation. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor complex conditions, and coordinate interdisciplinary rehab services including PT/OT and speech therapy. You will educate patients and families on recovery goals, document accurately in the EMR, support safe discharges, and uphold evidence-based practice, safety, and regulatory standards while contributing to a compassionate, team-focused culture of continuous learning.
