Associate Estimator I

High Country Line Construction seeks an Associate Estimator I to support pricing for transmission and distribution projects. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist senior estimators with quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid preparation for power line and substation work. You’ll review drawings and specifications, obtain vendor and subcontractor quotes, and help assemble complete, accurate proposals for utility clients. Working closely with field and project teams, you’ll learn how safety, constructability, and schedule impact costs while building strong technical and estimating skills in the utilities and energy sector.
