Surgical Technologist II

Cone Health is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist II to support high-quality surgical care in our operating rooms. In this role, you will set up and maintain a sterile field, prepare instruments and equipment, and anticipate the needs of surgeons during a wide range of procedures. You will assist with patient positioning and prepping, perform accurate counts with nursing staff, and help operate basic surgical equipment. As part of Cone Health’s collaborative and compassionate culture, you will work closely with nurses, surgeons, and anesthesia providers, support professional development of junior staff, and uphold rigorous safety and infection-prevention standards while serving our diverse community.
