Charge Nurse – Wound Care RN

Hillcrest HealthCare System is seeking a Charge Nurse / RN Wound Care to lead and coordinate wound care services within our Tulsa network. This role oversees unit workflow, provides advanced wound assessment and treatment, and guides bedside staff in evidence-based wound care practices. The Charge Nurse collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and families, monitors outcomes, and supports quality and safety initiatives while modeling our collaborative, patient-centered culture and mentoring nursing staff in best practices.
