Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute individualized care plans developed by supervising Physical Therapists.
  • Provide therapeutic services, including therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and sport-specific training tailored to patients' unique needs.
  • Utilize specialized techniques, such as manual therapy and modalities, as needed to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Monitor and document patient responses to treatments, adjusting interventions in accordance with their medical status and specific feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with supervising therapists about patient progress, concerns, and necessary modifications to treatment approaches.
  • Ensure accurate patient care and billing documentation, obtaining necessary sign-offs by supervising therapists.
  • Engage as the liaison between patients and the rehabilitation team to enhance understanding and fostering an atmosphere of trust and support.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned to maintain the efficiency and quality of patient care within the facility.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
