Job Title: International Shipping Coordinator

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $34~$40 depending on experience
Day Shift 8 hours flexible

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating material receiving and shipping, monitoring warehouse inventory, and completing transactions in Company systems. This role ensures that customers receive the right materials at the right time, supporting smooth, on-time order fulfillment. The coordinator acts as the link between warehouse operations, customer service, and planning, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely replenishment, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures error-free SAP transactions, portal entries, and inventory records
• Conducts clear daily updates and timely escalation of overdue issues
• Prioritizes tasks to meet shipping deadlines and order commitments
• Quickly identifies and resolves material or shipment discrepancies
• Coordinate ad hoc and periodic cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Process Owner to identify and implement process improvements.

What’s Needed?

• 0~2 years of related experience (warehouse , logistic, operation )
• Education in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent (preferred).
• A proactive and hands-on individual with strong logical thinking and process understanding.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
