Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Hartselle, AL

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Bonus potential: Weekly attendance bonus!

Shifts available: Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Schedule and perform cutting, sorting, and stacking of wood materials according to production specifications.
• Assemble pallets using hand tools, power tools, and nail guns to meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to all safety procedures.
• Support other production-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
