Graduate Practical Nurse

Dunbar Center in Youngstown, OH seeks a Graduate Practical Nurse to provide compassionate bedside care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. Under RN supervision, you will assist with assessments, medication administration per scope, wound and restorative care, ADL support, and documentation in the EMR. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to follow personalized care plans, monitor resident conditions, and report changes promptly.
