Graduate Practical Nurse

Valley Center is seeking a Graduate Practical Nurse to provide compassionate bedside care under RN and physician supervision. In this role, you’ll assist with assessments, collect vital signs, support medication administration, document in EHR, and help with ADLs and hygiene. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to follow care plans, maintain infection control and safety standards, and educate patients and families. This position is ideal for new graduates building experience toward full LPN licensure in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
