Healthcare Admissions Coordinator

The Gables is seeking a Healthcare Admissions Coordinator to guide seniors and families through our assisted living and memory care admission process. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, conduct tours, explain services and pricing, and support residents from initial contact through move-in. You will collaborate with clinical and care teams to ensure accurate paperwork, assessments, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with families during emotional transitions in a senior living environment.
