Thrive & Flourish Health Network is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement therapeutic interventions as prescribed by physical therapists, ensuring high-quality and technically proficient care.
  • Guide and educate patients on proper exercises, functional training techniques, and therapeutic modalities tailored to their rehabilitation journey.
  • Evaluate patient needs by conducting routine assessments and identifying individual goals, providing empathetic support throughout their treatment experience.
  • Modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback to optimize recovery and enhance comfort.
  • Stay informed about the latest research in physical therapy and rehabilitation practices to apply evidence-based approaches in patient care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation reflecting patient progress, treatment plans, and care provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
