As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and visual abilities, develop goal-oriented treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve daily living and functional independence. You will fabricate splints and recommend adaptive equipment, educate patients and families, coordinate discharges, and document care per policy. The role includes collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and may involve supervising assistants, students, and rehab aides.
