Full job description
As an Occupational Therapist, you evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living and functional independence. You provide therapeutic interventions, recommend or fabricate adaptive equipment and splints, educate patients and families, and coordinate safe discharge plans. You document care, support performance improvement, and may supervise OT assistants, aides, or students in an on-site clinical setting.
