Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Mercy is seeking a skilled RN ICU to deliver high‑acuity, evidence‑based care to critically ill patients within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The RN will manage complex patients, including ventilator support, titratable drips, and invasive lines, while closely monitoring hemodynamic status and responding rapidly to changes. You will collaborate with intensivists and a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement individualized care, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
