Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide a high-performing therapy team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this on-site leadership role, you will provide direct, evidence-based occupational therapy, coordinate individualized treatment plans, and mentor therapists to deliver exceptional, patient-centered outcomes. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, oversee documentation and quality standards, support staff development, and foster a nurturing, dynamic environment aligned with Encompass Health’s mission of high-quality, compassionate rehab care.
