Occupational Therapy Lead

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Lead to guide high-quality rehab services in our inpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee delivery of evidence-based occupational therapy focused on restoring function and independence. The Lead OT supervises and mentors therapists and assistants, coordinates schedules, and collaborates closely with physicians, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team. You’ll support quality initiatives, ensure accurate documentation, and foster a nurturing, patient-centered environment with strong clinical standards and growth opportunities.
