Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitative care in our inpatient rehab setting. Working closely with occupational therapists and nursing staff, you will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities and ADL training, and document progress to promote safe, functional independence.
