Charge Nurse

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead clinical care on our nursing unit. The Charge Nurse coordinates patient assignments, oversees nursing workflows, and supports bedside nurses to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will monitor clinical status, guide evidence-based practice, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff. You will mentor staff, assist with training, support quality and safety initiatives, and help manage throughput and staffing while modeling Wellstar’s values of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
