European Automotive Technician | $30–$60 Flat Rate | 4-Day Week
Kassel Motorsports
Location: Puyallup, WA
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$60 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat rate
Typical Flagged Hours: Approximately 40–50 per week

Kassel Motorsports is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician.
- A-Level: $45–$60 per flagged hour
- B-Level: $30–$40 per flagged hour
- 40–50 flagged hours per week
- 4 bays and 4 lifts
- Heated bays
- Shop Foreman support
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform intermediate to advanced diagnostics
- Complete brake, suspension, cooling-system, oil-leak, and maintenance repairs
- Perform module replacement, programming, and coding
- Complete transmission swaps and engine repairs, including heavy engine repair
- Provide accurate technical findings and repair recommendations
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
- European vehicle repair experience required
- Intermediate to advanced diagnostic skills
- General repair, electrical, drivability, and maintenance skills
- Personal automotive tools required; shop-provided toolboxes are available
- Digital Vehicle Inspection experience preferred
- ASE certifications preferred but not required
