Manchester Memorial Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support a busy OR in a community-focused acute-care setting. The Surg Tech prepares and maintains the sterile field, selects and arranges instruments and supplies, and anticipates surgeon needs for a variety of surgical procedures. Responsibilities include safe instrumentation and equipment use, accurate counts, specimen handling, and collaboration with RNs, surgeons, and anesthesia. The role supports patient-centered care, quality improvement, and adherence to infection-control standards in a respectful, team-based environment.
