Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Goodlettsville, TN seeks a compassionate LPN to provide resident-centered nursing care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, wound care, vitals, and accurate EHR documentation while supporting short-term rehab and long-term care residents. You’ll collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians, communicate with families, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
