Outpatient Behavioral Health Mental Health Counselor

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional to provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy across diverse populations. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary medical teams, coordinate care, and maintain thorough clinical documentation in our EMR. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, outcomes-focused, and committed to culturally competent, trauma-informed practice and continuous professional growth.
