K-12 Academic Tutor and Mentor – Education

City Year seeks an Academic Tutor and Mentor to support students’ success in partner public schools. In this full-time role, you’ll provide in-class and small-group tutoring in core subjects, mentor students to build confidence and social-emotional skills, and collaborate closely with teachers and school staff. You’ll track student progress, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to an inclusive, equity-focused school culture. This position offers hands-on experience in education, leadership development, and meaningful service within the Education, Training & E-Learning department.
